Our Flow Foundations program is a ‘judgment-free zone’ where you’ll be surrounded by other beginners and supportive coaches who are dedicated to your success from day one.
Is this just for people who want to fight?
Not at all. While we teach world-class self-defense, the majority of our students are professionals, parents, and students who train for the mental clarity, stress relief, and the incredible community. Whether your goal is competition or just finding a high-energy hobby that clears your mind, you’ll find your place here.
My schedule is really busy; is it worth it if I can only come twice a week?
Quality beats quantity every time. Even training twice a week will yield massive results in your confidence, fitness, and skill level. Our schedule is designed to be flexible for busy adults, and our structured curriculum ensures you never feel behind, no matter how many sessions you attend.
I need to lose some weight/get stronger first, right?
Actually, the best way to get in ‘Jiu Jitsu shape’ is to simply do Jiu Jitsu. Our classes provide a full-body workout that burns more calories and builds more functional strength than a standard gym session ever could. How safe is the training environment?
Your safety is our absolute priority. Unlike many ‘old school’ gyms, we focus on technical precision and ‘controlled flow.’ We teach you how to move safely and respect your training partners, ensuring you get a great workout and learn vital skills without the fear of injury.
